General questions, and anything about a lesson
Ask us about lessons, tutors, a child's progress, scheduling, or anything that is not working. We aim to reply within one working day.
Privacy, your data, and your child's data

Use this to see what we hold, correct it, take a copy, or have it deleted. We confirm who you are first, and a request about a child is only accepted from that child's parent or guardian. There is no charge, and we aim to finish within 30 days.

Recordings
To stop your child's lessons being recorded, or to have a recording deleted, email [email protected]. Refusing recording costs nothing and changes nothing else about your child's lessons. See Recording & Consent.
Security
If you have found a security fault, please tell us at [email protected] before telling anyone else. We will not treat a good-faith report as an attack, we will tell you what we have done about it, and we will thank you properly.
Becoming a tutor
Write to [email protected] with the subjects and levels you teach. We are an online service and our tutors work from wherever they live. Every tutor is checked for subject knowledge and teaching ability before being given a pupil.
